Elder care

While I'm not yet considered elderly by any means, the day will surely come when someone will have to take care of many of my needs. To make that easier on anyone who is caring for an elderly or otherwise incontinent individual, they should look into utilizing disposable underwear for the patient or loved one who may be suffering from incontinence. It keeps the person from generating a lot of laundry and helps the person to remain a bit more comfortable and healthy.

It makes me cry when I hear or read of some incapacitated person being left to wallow in their own excrement when those in charge could have done better for them. It's harsh and cruel, and unnecessary. Do what's best for the patient. Have some compassion. Use the tools that will make their life just a little better.
