Forgot how to sleep at night

Yes, I'm still up. It's after 3 AM here, and I'm still up. I think all the late night shifts at McDonald's has really messed up my sleep patterns a lot.

I wind up so sleepy during the daytime that it's hard for me to function. But function I must if I'm to get anything at all done in the house. Then, around 3:30 I'm so sleepy I can hardly stand it. Yet, that's the time of day I have to get ready for work.

By 10 PM I'm wide awake and stay that way until the wee hours of the morning, when I should be asleep.

I'm not really sure how to get out of this sleepless rut.
