Opening again

The next few days, we'll be opening the store again every day. In fact, I may be opening by myself Monday if Brandon has to remain at the store to count the full inventory and do the orders. He is often called upon to do those things at the end of the month.

Now, last time I opened by myself, it was a train wreck. I can do this job, but not if I don't have the right crew persons there and not if something in the POS system goes haywire. Opening isn't that difficult but there is a lot to do to get ready to take orders.

Everything in there has to be reassembled and turned on. Numerous pots of coffee must be made plus gallons of sweet tea, unsweet tea, and coffee for the iced coffee. All cold and frozen items have to be brought out and put into the appropriate places.

This means that I do the computer work, safe management, and also help with getting the food prep stuff all ready. We have one hour to get it all done, and that's not a very long span of time!
