Me? Buy a home?
Actually, that's exactly what I'd like to do. But I'd like to be able to pay for it before I turn 85! Don't know just how to make that happen, but I'm working on this issue from a few angles and I'll be sure to let you know how that goes. I just know I'd like to live on flatter, less rocky ground. I'd like to be out of town, but not as far as we are right now. I'd like it to be unrestricted, too, so if I want, I can get another goat or two. I really miss raising goats.
I'm not even sure how to go about qualifying for a home loan mortgage. I do know I need to research this so I won't get burned by some loan company. Since I'm online a lot, it would be best to start there. I want to be protected from fraudulent loan companies and from them disclosing vital information about me.
www.personalhomeloanmortgages.com has tons of information that I think I can really use, and maybe you can, too. Their knowledge base covers:
They promise to protect customer data using SecureTrust which guarantees compliance with FTC, DoNotCall, and Can Spam regulations. That's a huge PLUS, to me since I despise Spam and unsolicited phone calls from salesmen. They have a mortgage directory, forums and many more helps on their site that anyone could use when researching home mortgages.
Tell me what you think. I really need to know more about this.
