1,000 posts

I just realized I hit 1,000 posts on July 21, 2007. That's a lot of typing and posting and words! The post that did it was It's off to work I go, in case you're interested in taking a look. It's not really a significant post other than being #1,000 on this blog!

I've been posting here since April 3, 2005 when it the concept was first introduced to me. It was hit and miss at first, as I didn't think I had much to say that would interest anyone. Perhaps I still don't. But I keep blogging away on this Zoo Talk because it's my journal of thoughts and life.

I've shared with you my trials and triumphs. I've shared with you about Danny and the cancer that took him way too soon. I've shared my anguish through his illness and the days and weeks that followed his passing.

I've shared recipes and faith, and I hope that in some small way, I've helped someone along the way.
