Insurance shopping

A lot of people in my age bracket don't currently have any kind of health insurance. They are hoping against hope that they can remain healthy enough to work until they retire, then get Medicare. However, this is also the age when health problems may begin to arise. It's vital to secure some kind of health insurance before problems occur. This is where QuoteSphere.com comes in. They can point you to cheap health insurance sources you can afford.

If you're wondering whether you really can afford it, check them out for a cheap health insurance quote and see for yourself. Based on several factors, you may qualify for very low cost health insurance with payments you can fit into your budget.

Honestly, inexpensive health insurance would be easier to budget for than catastrophic medical bills. God forbid you should ever be that sick or that injured, but it's so much better to be safe with your health and your finances.

I hear you. Insurance isn't needed just by the older set, though. Younger people who have had serious childhood illnesses find it difficult to get coverage, much less affordable coverage. If you work for very little money you might choose to do without and pray that you stay healthy.

I had cancer when I was 6. My daughter is a preemie. Both of us will find life insurance priced out of range that we can afford, if it is not offered through our spouses jobs (or our own, on some basic level). We'll also find health insurance to be capped out at a very low amount; and we can't afford to do without it.

I agree that those who have low income will probably not choose to get health insurance. I went that way for many years, hoping against hope that I never got sick enough to need it since I could neither afford insurance nor an illness. About 4 years ago, though, I wished I had been able to afford it when I had to have surgery on my left lung. Local and state aide entities paid for a large portion of that, but I still had some to pay and it was difficult, to say the least.

I truly hope neither you nor your daughter ever needs much as far as medical attention goes. But I also realize what a difficult choice all this can be. For years, I was having to make that choice and the urgent needs of the present always won out over the maybe-maybe-nots of the future.

Yup. And this is why I'm so glad my husband's still active-duty military. We've got coverage. We don't have to argue with the HMO that we need the specialists. Without that, I'd never be having another baby.

These days it seems that there are just no good answers for things.
