Dismal, damp, and dreary
That's how this day and night have gone. It's been spritzing rain all day. It hasn't been cold, but the dampness is uncomfortable. Tonight it was very foggy on the way home from work. I just despise driving in the fog. It rather unnerves me.
At the clinic, I heard we are expected to get some sleet by Thursday. I doubt it will materialize, and even if it does, it can't stick. The ground is just too warm yet for that. However, if the temperatures fall and the sleet, or whatever other cold precipitation that's expected, continues to fall, it actually could mean trouble in a few days. Guess I better be sure to get propane in every available bottle around here. Looks like we're going to need it.
