Luxury timeshare opportunity

Not far from where we live, there is a beautiful area of the state. It's near Greer's Ferry Lake and offers some beautiful, luxury timeshare opportunities. It's known as Fairfield Bay, and there you can hook up with some of the most wonderful Fairfield Resorts.

What began as a single Arkansas location is now a vast network of resorts, travel services and member privileges. Fairfield Resorts brought timeshare into the forefront through its unequalled standards of excellence, expertise in hospitality, and dependability of service. There's the keyword for me - service. Something that seems to be a rare bird these days.

They still sell residential lots and homes, of course, as they always have. But now you can become a network member and choose to take a vacation in other locations where they have membership privileges. This is what they call FairShare. They changed the face of timeshare by offering flexibility through an annual allotment of points that could be used for accommodations at any time of the year and for varying lengths of stay. No longer is the timeshare owner locked in to specific accomodation sizes and times for their vacations.

Still, though, condos and custom-built homes in large master-planned communities such as Fairfield Bay, Fairfield Sapphire Valley and Fairfield Glade are being sold if you want to take up permanent residence there and enjoy Arkansas' vast forests and lakes, the water sports enjoyed on Greers Ferry Lake, the abundant wildlife, and the hometown atmosphere of nearby Heber Springs. With shopping, schools, and other attractions, this area is the perfect choice for either growing families or for those who are ready to retire. Even those who fall somewhere in between and want high-end homes can find what they seek here.
