Another site I shopped at
I shopped at the Sharper Image site the other night. They had some good deals and I went there because of the PayPal free shipping ad. It linked me right to the page on their site that tells also about free shipping if you use PayPal.
I ordered about $38 worth of stuff, checked out through PayPal, and was dismayed to find I'd been charged for the shipping.
I've contacted them but gotten no good results. I got an email from them today saying the items are now shipped, and re-iterating the costs PLUS the shipping. PayPal has pulled the money from my account, so I'm going to complain now to them.
The only thing further I have to say is: Sharper Image does not honor its own ad for free shipping for those who use PayPal.
