The neverending story

No, not the movie. The laundry. I've done laundry all morning, I think. Right now there's bedding in the washer and more bedding to be washed. I've done a load of towels. I've done a load of dark clothes and our uniforms. You'd think that with only doing laundry for two people (Kevin does his own), I'd only have to wash about twice a week. Not so!

I do laundry daily and days like this when there's bedding to be done, it's a day-long process. Ah, well. I thank God we have these things to wash. It could be a whole lot worse, and it is worse for many families. Those in shelters or on the streets of this country would consider being able to do laundry at home a huge blessing.

I shouldn't complain.
