Dental work
I'm in bad need of some dental work. To see me smile, you wouldn't even guess it. The truth is, I have very few teeth left beyond the ones in my smile, and even those will deteriorate very soon, I'm afraid. Now that I actually have dental insurance through McDonald's, though, I'm going to be looking into some dental work.
What I'd really like instead of traditional dentures, though, is Dental Implants. I know I'm asking a lot, but it seems to me this is the best option. See, dental implants become a part of your mouth, unlike dentures which are taken in and out, have to be soaked, and all that mess. Dental implants are anchored into your jawbone with pins so they are permanent.
They can also be more attractive since they are a part of your mouth. No plastic-looking gum line. They are supposed to last over 30 years, too, so at my present age, that could mean the rest of my life. I've found a place in the town near here that does the dental implant work. Next, I need to see if my insurance would foot the bill. I doubt they will, though, as most insurance companies don't.
