Month-long birthday

It looks like my birthday is going to drag on all month long. I've already gotten gifts from my Sis and Mama. The other day while we were in class, my lovely niece came by with a nice card and a potted plant. She left it on the porch since we weren't home.

Next week, I'll have my birthday off from work, but I don't have much planned for that day. Elizabeth wants us to go couch hunting the day after, since I need one so badly. We'll finalize those plans in a couple of days. She'd planned to buy the couch for me but I told her that is too much to spend, and that I'd give at least 1/2 half the money for a couch, since I'd planned to buy one anyway.

I really want a brand new couch. I haven't had a new, regular couch in many years so now it's time.
