Looking at a house

We drive by a house every day that we go to work. Not so unusual, right? Well, this house has been sitting empty for a pretty long time. It's had a For Sale sign in the yard from a realty company. Today, on the way to work, I noticed it's a For Rent sign. So what?

Here's the thing. For several years I've thought to myself how I'd like to live there. It's nestled amongst a lot of trees. I've seen it shady every part of the day. There's a chain link fence all around the very large yard, and an outbuilding for storage. Granted, this is a double-wide mobile home, but it's been set up to be permanent. They even used native stone for the underpinning and part way up the sides.

Hardly a time has gone by that I haven't passed that house and commented that I'd like to live there. It's country living, but in reality, less than a mile from where we work. Yes, I'm going to be calling the number today to find out the deal on it. I've actually prayed many times that it would go from being for sale to being for rent, and I've prayed that perhaps it might even upgrade to something like rent-to-own. I'll know tomorrow is this is how God is answering my prayer or if He's got something else in mind.
