Appreciative Coaching

At Capella.edu, they implement a form of teaching that's very similar to what we'll be encountering at our ASM classes. It's called Appreciative Coaching. It entails encouraging students who are striving to obtain a college degree online to find themselves, their best qualities, and their finest attributes. This helps the student to push forward in their learning and in their future career.

The book, Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, was co-authored by Sara Orem. She is a faculty member of Capella.edu in their School of Business and Technology. But this isn't all she does. She is also the principal of her own coaching firm and she has given presentations of this method to the National Organization Development Network and the International Coach Federation annual conferences. A woman of this caliber who is also involved in Capella University shows us that Capella is a real presence on the web and in educational circles.

Capella has been around since 1993, and has grown in faculty and student body every year. This might be the way to fulfill your dreams of acquiring your degree or certification - learn online.

Visit Capella.edu or call 1-888-CAPELLA (227-3552)so you can learn more about this educational institution.
