Tires for Elizabeth

E's boyfriend came over this evening and took the tires off the old van. I had bought them and only used them about a month when the van started acting badly, so they were essentially new. All but one.

I was disappointed to learn from the boyfriend that something that holds the springs together on one side of the van had broken and that the springs had actually cut into one of the tires. It was in bad shape. I am surprised it didn't blow out on us when we were still driving it.

Anyway, he'll make sure the tires get on E's little car, the 3 that are good, and will switch everything out in the next couple of days. She is in bad need of tires for her car and I'd told her awhile back that she could have the ones from the van.
