Back ache

I don't know what's up with my back today, but it's really been hurting a lot all day long. I don't remember lifting anything too heavy or turning the wrong way. I just know that at work and here at home, whether sitting or standing, my back hurts like crazy.

I really hope that disk isn't getting inflamed again. If it does, it'll cause me a lot more pain than I'm having now. I've been through this before and it just about lays me out it hurts so bad.
