Recipe for pimiento cheese

Here's how we make it at home, and it's far better than that slimy stuff you buy!

8 oz. American cheese, shredded
4 oz. jar diced pimientos
Mayo as desired

Just mix them all together. Do NOT drain the pimientos or the spread will be too dry even with mayo in it.

This is a super good sandwich spread and sure doesn't last long around here!
