Elizabeth

Elizabeth called me this morning. She's not feeling well so she didn't go to work. Her neck is hurting and stiff down by her shoulder on the right side. So, I went over there armed with a heating pad and pain relievers. She took a pain reliever right away.

We had some soup for lunch then visited awhile, while we watched Food Network on TV. She finally laid down with the heating pad before I left. I'm sure she'll call again if she's not feeling better but she did say the pain relievers were helping somewhat.

I figure she slept in a funny position, but I'll still keep a check on her.
