Still dry

While we did have a little rain the other day, it wasn't enough to make any real difference. It's still powdery dry all around here which makes is very dangerous as far as fires go.

At least we aren't getting the record high temperatures we had over the past couple of weeks. Today, it's only 88 which is a huge and welcomed relief from the 100 degree temps we had before. I joked with Brandon yesterday that since Monday is Labor Day, the last summer holiday, it'll be cold after that! Well, not quite, but maybe the temperatures will start moderating a little.
