Work schedule

I have two days off in a row, which is very unusual. After opening the past couple of mornings, I'm ready for the days off, though. From what I can tell, we'll be scheduled for mornings for some time to come, and Tuesday I open by myself.

I'm not sure how that's going to go since there are usually only two crew members that open. I'll have to take care of opening the computer system and getting money ready, but the two crew members have to get breakfast set up and start cooking. We are only given an hour to complete all of our opening tasks and I'm concerned we won't be able to get it all done.
