Friday's schedule

I'm scheduled to open on Friday, and I dread it. We will be getting an inspection, which means that in the midst of operating our regular business, I'll have to deal with the person who is conducting the inspection.

Everyone's been working very hard to make sure all the fine details of cleaning are done. Things most of you probably don't even think about. Things like cleaning the wheels on the equipment that rolls and cleaning the legs and feet of equipment that doesn't roll. Every detail counts in our McDonald's restaurant, even if it's things the average person might not ever consider as important to their personal dining experience.
