Sleet!

Ack! I just heard the familiar tippity-tapping of sleet on the windows. I poked my head out the front door, and yes, it's sleeting. Not hard....yet.

Here I am, up and ready to go furniture shopping for my birthday, and it's sleeting. Elizabeth and I had already agreed that if the weather got bad, we'd cancel and put it off till another day. I certainly don't want her driving in this stuff!

Perhaps it'll keep moving and be out of the area by this afternoon. Predicted highs are in the lower 40s, which means it shouldn't hang around on the ground for long either.

Even if we went and found a couch, I wouldn't want Josh to haul it in his pickup in bad weather. So, I'll just play it by ear for today and see how things progress.
