Correcting the shift tool

I showed Brandon what I'd put on the shift positioning guide. He thought I did ok except for two placements, so I'll correct those and it will be just fine.

I really struggled through that thing last night, but he assures me that it'll get easier as I go along. I'm glad he's done this long enough to know the ins and outs of filling these things in.

Next, I have GOT to get on that computer at work more and do what's needful there and really learn it. I'd like to be able to run a shift on my own very soon.
