Bonuses at work

Being one of the managers at McDonald's means we get bonuses along with our pay. Not with every paycheck, of course, but every three months we do get additional pay for performance in areas such as administration, labor, product delivery times, and good scores on mystery shops. This, along with other benefits, is what keeps me working there even after I've had particularly grueling work days.
