Dealing with issues

Too often at work, I have to deal with a lot of issues and some of them really scald me. In fact, if something happens early in my shift to darken my day, it usually affects the rest of the day for me. I hate being that way. I suffer. Those around me wind up paying when it's not their fault. I go around apologizing all the time because I've been cross with them when they didn't deserve it at all.

Not all days are like that, of course, but a job in fast food is hectic and stressful. You work as hard and fast as you can to try to make sure people get the right order and it's made correctly. Some days, I work longer hours because we are short-handed, which does nothing to improve my mood. I need to get a handle on how these things affect me.

So, now I'm wondering if The Secret Behind the Secret Courses, also known as The Sedona Method, might be of benefit in helping me let go of things that frustrate me. It could help me have a more positive outlook, which in turn would pass on to those around me - the crew and other managers, maybe even some of the customers. It could also help me in goal setting and finding ways to fulfill my personal dreams.

In fact, I am ordering the free materials and will update you about how it's going using this method. The shipping is $6.95, which is well worth it if I can gain more peace. They do take PayPal, so that made it easy to order.

It can be hard to give your best when you work a demanding customer service job. Everybody wants something, immediately, without any input from you except what they want to hear. The management doesn't want to deal with anything other than a praise comment. They certainly rarely care what problems their employees have... I could go on and on about that.

Keeping you in my prayers for a peaceful mind in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the prayers. I need to keep in mind that customer complaints aren't a personal affront, of course. But it does seem like both customers and upper management expect more than is humanly possible most of the time.
