I'm sitting on the couch in our friend's house as I type this. We've got everything out of our old house except for a couple of small boxes. Brandon is staying there for the night, one last time.

Everything else I own, except for the personal items and some clothes, are now safely tucked away in two storage units. It's an odd feeling to be here and not in my regular residence tonight.

I have to open the store in the morning, then after that I'll cash my paycheck and make the regular bill paying rounds. I'll also check the vet's office and see about getting Sassy's shots as well as boarding her for a few days there. She won't be happy, but this is needful right now. She's having some skin and ear problems that I'm hoping they can clear up before I get her situated at Elizabeth's house.

It has been suggested that we ask the house seller if we can start moving in, if he feels confident that everything will go through OK. He's been satisfied so far that we'll get the loan for it.

I've had a good shower and am ready for bed, so I guess I better head that way if I'm going to get up at 3:30 in the morning. It's been a long and tiring weekend and I could really use another day to rest from it, but I need to get some hours in so my next pay will be good.

Well, on the bright side, what a great opportunity to purge. [weak smile] I hope the sale of the house goes through soon for you and Brandon. Blessings on you!

I actually thought about that while I've been packing things!

Ann, I'm so glad that you're finally finished the "moving out" part of your move. I'm praying that everything goes as it should, and that you're settled soon into a new home, and that you'll experience much happiness, health, and prosperity there. Take care,

    Lizzy
