Ideas for the house
Because I'm already very familiar with my older daughter's house, I've been mulling over just what will go where. The master bedroom, which is downstairs, has been painted in a warm gray color. I'm thinking I could go for a country look in there with floral prints for the bedding and curtains.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. Brandon will take one of them, probably the larger one, and knowing him, he'll probably want more of a condo hotel look. Clean and modern with dramatic colors on the bed and windows.
The third bedroom is smaller and on the west side of the house. It gets lots of light so I think I'll just dedicate that to office space for myself. My PC, printer, and files could go in there. It would make a good place to be productive. Since there's a balcony outside the room, I would get a great view of the area. I'll probably get a couple of inexpensive short filing cabinets and use a door or a plain piece of plywood for the desk. I think that would work out just fine.

So happy for you. I'm sure this will be a "welcome home" place. I'm happy about the assignment to the smaller McD's. And I pray that you will get salaried soon!

I think this will be a house we won't mind staying in for quite awhile. I've always loved the house anyway!
I'm going to be inquiring about being a salaried manager, too. That will be a great boost in income.
