AdWords, Keywords, or just hit-or-miss?
It's something to think about. That is, if you are trying to get your business off the ground and you'd like it to show up on a Google search. Should you pay for Google ads or buy keywords from some other company? Is it worth the expense and could it still be hit-or-miss? I don't know about you, but I like to spend less money yet be able to get the best results possible. In fact, any online business that I do, I'd like very much if it just naturally ranked high enough on Google searches to show up in the first two or three listings there. But how can you or I, as small business persons, make that leap?
For starters, we should probably concentrate more on local marketing. Using the local paper, flyers, and the internet all combined can bring customers to our business door. While we don't want to spend a fortune on advertising, we can use an internet site called USWeb to optimize search engines for us. They have all the tools and technology needed to bring local customers to us when they are searching the internet for our product or service. And, they can do this without breaking the bank, so to speak. Indeed, this is an investment in our business that pays off for a very long time to come!
