Again with the car...
I did it! I bought a car! It was a little scary signing all those papers and committing myself to 30 months of payments, but now I do have a car that maybe won't leave on the side of the road.
I got a 96 Mercury Sable. It's gold colored and has all the stuff like electric windows, cruise control, etc. It's a really comfortable ride, too. It's quiet and runs along very well. I hope it continues that way.
I'll try to get a couple of pictures of it tomorrow and post them so you can see it, too.

I drove a 94 Sable for work, back when that was a brand new car. Loved it! But it accelerated so smoothly that it was easy to speed without realizing it. Got the only two speeding tickets in my life while driving that car!

This one accelerates very smoothly, too, so I really keep an eye on the speedometer.
