Not feeling well

I'm catching a cold. My nose is runny. My throat is scratchy. I'm coughing. I feel generally achy all over. To make matters worse, it's cold tonight and I can't seem to get warm no matter what I do.

It rained this morning before sunrise and did a little storming, too. It wasn't bad. Mostly noise and lightening. But the damp weather certainly doesn't make me feel any better and it got progressively colder through the day.

We worked later than scheduled tonight at McDonalds. We got slammed with kids and parents - families who'd been out trick-or-treating. It was a madhouse for about 3 hours straight. By the time it slowed down, the whole crew was worn out.
