Busy day ahead

Since we got paid, now I have to go to town and get the car details taken care of. This is Arkansas, which means I'll have to go by the car lot and pick up the title and other paperwork, then to the tax assessor's to pay my personal property tax and get a stamped receipt for taxes paid last year, then to the revenue office to pay the sales tax and get my tags.

Ugh. It's a day full of running all over town and I hate that. Brandon opted to just stay here, and I don't blame him. I would too if there was any other way to get this done!

But it's got to be done so the car will be completely legal on the road. I do have a drive-out tag on it, but I'd just prefer to get it all over with now and not have to worry about the tag getting stolen off the car or the weather ruining it to where I wind up getting pulled over.
