If I ever get a house

If I ever get a house, I'm going to have tile all over the place. After working at McDonalds I know now that tile is the way to go for ease of cleaning. See, you can get a floor brush and just scrub away with a ton of soapy water, then turn around and just mop the water up and be done. No vacuum. No wax. Only a broom for the occasional sweeping up of stuff, and a good deck brush and mop.

I can easily see this same system of flooring in my own home. But you know, the next best thing to easy care tile flooring, and something that I actually might be able to afford better, would be Quick Step Laminate Flooring. This type of flooring is even easier, really, since you don't wet mop it! It's just kind of a spray-and-wipe cleanup other than sweeping or vacuuming loose dirt.

Ok. Now I'm torn. Tile or laminate? I wonder if there's anyplace I can "test drive" the laminate?
