Did you know that you can buy a ready made corporation in Nevada? It's true. For very little money, you can actually purchase a whole corporation. These are Aged Nevada Shelf Corporations. In other words, corporations that were formed and filed in the past but that never became active. I'd never even heard of this concept.

IncParadise.com offers business advice to help you get off the ground with your very own corporation. I honestly still haven't figured out how you can buy and own a whole pre-formed corporation like this. Or how you actually conduct business with it. They claim buying one of these can give you an instant history for your company and possibly make it easier to secure bank financing and credit.

I suppose the next thing would be to figure out what kind of business you want your corporation to be, if you don't already have that part settled.
