Cramming

I have until the 9th of January to complete all my Basic Shift Management materials. The binder is about 3 inches thick, so that gives you an idea of how much there is to cover. I'll probably go into work early every day so I can study on the clock. Although I'll certainly do some studying here at home, too. However, it's considered part of my training and training is always on the clock. I've been encouraged by our GM to bring my binder and related materials with me to work. Studying at work also gives the advantage of being able to ask questions of those who've already gone through this course and passed it.
