Late nights and early mornings

We had to close last night. You already know that means a very late night. We were also supposed to be back at work at 11 this morning but our GM said wait and come in later. So we're going in at 1 PM instead of 11 AM. I'm glad about that because by the time I got to sleep It was after 3 AM!

I woke up twice with the cat sitting on me. I shoved her off. Those who know me well already know that I sleep in the living room on the sofa. I can't bring myself to fix the bedroom up again for just me. It's the last place I saw Danny alive. Anyway, I don't want the cat to get on the leather sofa because I'm afraid she'll claw a hole in it or something.

Sassy, my dog, is being really good about not getting up there much and she's beginning to take to her new bed, too. It's fluffy and soft so she's comfy in it.
