Winter weather advisory

It's here. Winter has officially arrived and it's laying all over the place outside.

Earlier, I took Brandon to McDonald's to help the GM with end-of-the-month inventory and paperwork. It was spitting a little snow here and there, though nothing like we'd had earlier today. The roads were partially wet, which I figured would freeze tonight.

The GM brought Brandon home a little while ago and he said they went up one hill nearly sideways all the way up due to snow and ice on the highway. When they got to here, he told her to let him out down at the bottom of the hill and he'd walk on up here, which is what he did.

It looks like, if this continues through the night, we won't be leaving the house for any reason tomorrow. The GM already knows that so won't expect us to go in to work if the road is bad.

I stopped by Fred's and picked up two gallons of milk and some cookies. We have plenty of everything else here on hand, so no matter what, we'll be just fine all snug and warm inside.
