Crazy yesterday

I left home early yesterday to run some errands for my workplace that needed to be completed by 9 AM. I got them all done, and just as I started to head home, my supervisor called to ask me to go to another town where she and a couple more managers were going to be for the day. I agreed, but thought it was an odd request.

I headed to the other town and when I got to the McDonald's there, I found out there was a managerial workshop going on that I hadn't been told about at any previous time. My supervisor wanted me to participate in it, so I did.

At least I got it behind me. See, they're going to have one of these at our store soon, but I won't have to attend it since I already did this one.

It's funny how you think you'll have a full day at home, but then it turns out like that.
