Healthy skin

I tend to use natural things on my skin to help it. At my age, I need all the help I can get. Important, too, is a healthful diet. When you're healthy on the inside, it shows on the outside in glowing skin and bright eyes.

Middle-aged skin needs even more help. My skin has seen a lot of sunlight and damage. I do try to eat the right things to help my overall health, of course. Foods low in fat and sugar. Plenty of vegetables that are rich in antioxidants. It's hard, sometimes, to get everything I need in a day's menu, though. This is where a fruit like Gâc could come in.

This fruit, found in Southeast Asia, grows as large as a cantaloupe. It's rich in antioxidants. In Southeast Asia, the fruit is cooked and served with rice. The bright red color that it lends to the rice is a symbol of good luck, so it's often served at weddings and other festivities.

While it doesn't grow here in the US yet, we can still benefit from the Red Gâc through the use of R.G. Skin Revitalizer through the use of the supplements made available by St. Paul Brands.

What are you doing for your health?
