Too long at work

I am really tired. Yesterday was the longest day on earth as far as me being on the job, I think. We got there at 2 PM because Brandon is in charge of handing out payroll, although we weren't scheduled to work until 5.

I didn't clock in, though. I took my laptop with me and just sat in the crew room and blogged. Thank goodness for my new wireless connection!

As it turned out, the closing crew members (one in particular) were especially s l o w and we didn't get out of there until after 3 AM today. Ugh! Now I'm exhausted. 12 hours on the job! Brandon had about 15 hours on the job! He still has to work tonight and I bet he lights a fire under them so he can get out of there earlier.

It's insane to take 3 hours to close, and I'm going to request that they never, ever schedule one particular person to close with us again. She's extremely slow with everything she does and I just don't think I can take another night like that.
