Fitness and weight loss
I am going to have to commit to walking, if nothing else, in order to increase my fitness level and help burn off fat. I don't have room here for any exercise equipment, which means I'll need to go to the community center to do my walking or at least walk outside when the weather is nice. This time of the year, when we start getting a lot of rain, makes it a little harder to start a walking program, but I know it will help me in many ways. I will gain strength, improve my back problems, and lose weight.
