Gaining weight
Ok, this has got to stop. I've gained weight in the year since I started working at McDonald's to the point where I'm weighing what I did a few years ago. I don't like it one bit and yet, why don't I do anything about it? I don't know.
The other day, while shopping, I picked up some yogurt in various flavors. Using them to replace a meal or two a day will certainly help. Especially if I eat them instead of eating at McDonald's. It's just hard to pass up free meals, though, which I get as a manager.
It's all up to me, though. I can't blame McDonald's. They don't make me put the food in my mouth.

I know they have healthier options at McD but it must be hard to pass up the tastier fries and burgers. ;) I like to pack a Z Bar when I'm traveling or know I might be tempted with fast food. They are made by Cliff bars and they are sold in the grocery with the granola bars. If you don't find them there you might check the health food section. They are high in fiber and very tasty!

It really is hard to resist the fries and burgers! I'll check on the Z Bars you mentioned. I need something that will keep me from having an appetite before I get to work. I won't say "hungry" because I don't think that's really the problem. The problem is having a taste for the food!
