Job benefits

As grueling as my job sometimes often is, there actually are some benefits to it. I am buying stock in McDonald's and I've started a 401k plan with them. I've also got individual health insurance and dental insurance. There are paid vacation days every year. The longer you're there, the more paid vacation days you get.

Educationally speaking, the management classes I take can be applied toward college credit hours, should I decide to take business management courses.

There are regular pay increases and promotions within the company, too.

If I can manage to stay with this, it should get better as time goes by and I should be able to tolerate the stress better.
