Rain rain go away

I don't think I can remember the last time it rained for this many days in a row, but so far we're on day 8 of rain. It's kept the weather cooler, but sure has made it hard to do laundry, since I hang my clothes out to dry! In fact, this evening I'll be going to the laundra-mat. I hate to spend that money and time, but I've got to get some clothes washed and dried or we'll have nothing to wear to work.

Son has to work until 7 PM, so I'll get some of the laundry done, pick him up from work, then we'll finish it up before we head home.

My hip has been hurting and I'm thinking it's because of the wet, cool weather. That's another reason whey I'll be glad to see the sunshine again. Of course, talk to me again in August when the temperatures are unbearably high and there hasn't been any rain for weeks!
