Dogs again

The neighbors were doing well at keeping their dogs put up...for about two weeks, anyway. Now, they are letting the dogs run loose at night which means they are back over here, barking at all hours at Lord-knows-what. One of the dogs was actually barking at the snow falling, the other day!

Being let loose at night means they will be over in my yard and garden beds, digging again. I'm thinking I have only two choices -- put up fences or ask the neighbors if they've made funeral arrangements for the offending dogs.

I'm really not trying to be a cranky old lady, but it does wear the patience thin to listen to loud, barking dogs when I'm trying to sleep and to find holes dug in the yard (plus "land mines"). In a few weeks, when I'm really getting things in the ground, growing, I'm going to be very upset if they dig up all my hard work.
