Back ache

I worked for a few hours last night to help the closing manager and get in a few hours more on my next paycheck. One of the things I did was count the weekly inventory. Well, everything but what was in the freezer. I really can't stand to be in the freezer for very long or everything starts aching.

At one point while I was counting dry stock, I turned wrong and made my back hurt. In fact, it hurt me all through the night to the point that I could barely sleep at all, and it's still hurting.

I'm taking ibuprofen for the pain and it does ease me some, but when it wears off I'm right back where I started. Since I have to open in the morning, I really hope I don't lose too much sleep to it tonight.

This is a throwback to an old back injury I had several years ago. Every so often it flares back up again, and this is one of those "so oftens".
