Back pain continues

My back and legs are still bothering me a lot. I had hoped that after a few days this would go away, but it hasn't. I still have to work on my feet, which is probably why I haven't gotten over twisting my back a few days ago. I really can't afford to take off work for this either. So, I just keep taking ibuprofen. I don't want to take anything stronger. I've tried that and prescription drugs just make me nauseas and non-functional. Besides, I don't want to wind up being a candidate for drug treatment centers from taking too many of them.

I'll just continue as I have. This will pass in time. It has before. I just have to be super careful how I move and what I pick up.
