Upside down schedule

I just got off work a little while ago. We were basically finished pretty early, but needed to do some extra cleaning in anticipation of an upcoming inspection. Every little bit we do extra now will save us time over the next few days.

I'm actually glad to be the closing manager for now. I'm not that keen on getting up at 3:30 A.M. to get ready for work! But, the last week of this month I'll be back to being the early manager, drat it.

Maybe eventually I'll get back into my old schedule of being mostly the night manager. It suits me a lot better and I really know how to get people moving and working so that we aren't there for all that long. The crew people I work with at night appreciate the fact that we can get a lot done and still be out of there at a decent time.

To me, working so early is upside down. My body biorythms aren't tuned in too well for it!
