Laid back Monday

I worked two partial shifts Sunday. I was off Monday, but I still went in and did some office related stuff. It only took a couple of hours so that gave me time to get some bill paying done before I headed back home.

I wound up sleeping a lot Monday. I don't know why I was so tired. Maybe it was the weather. We've had a lot of rain, then Monday was sunny and very warm. Monday night a storm popped up.

Son called me from work to tell me to turn on the radio for storm warnings. Apparently, the weather got pretty rough in town. We had a hard rain and some wind, but not much. He said the power went out in town and it was pretty bad. The radio hadn't said much about storms after I turned it on, so I may have missed the warnings. I don't know if there was damage between here and town or in town. Son will let me know about all that.

Anyway, I didn't accomplish a lot on Monday. I had figured to get some things done around here at home, but just didn't have the energy.
