Laundry
Have I mentioned that my washer quit working? At least with that, I can go to the laundry-mat and have clean clothes. It's just a matter of timing. I go either before work or on a day off.
I guess what bothers me the most is the time it takes out of my day. Using a laundry-mat means I am pretty well stuck for a couple of hours with little to do. I bring my laptop with me, so I can write, but there's no internet here which means I can't surf the web or upload what I write to my blogs.
The last time I came, I brought my Amish knitting board and worked on a scarf project. I forgot to bring it this time so I am pretty bored.

Laundromats need to get smart and get wifi! Perhaps you could suggest this to the owner or manager. It would surely bring in business! I have to laugh when I see signs that fastfood drive-throughs even have wifi.
I'd love to have an iPhone, but am not willing to spend that much. Also AT&T has a new thing that if you put your sim card in a new smart phone, they automatically sign you up for a 2 year contract. Right now we're not on a contract.
Love hearing from you!

I don't like being locked into a contract. I would just rather buy my minutes as I can afford them - I buy texting, too. And yes, the laundramats DO need wifi!!!
