Sleep issues
Some nights I sleep OK, and others not at all. I don't even know why, but I'm sure it has something to do with my age. It probably also has to do with how much "junk" is running through my mind at the end of my work day. I tend to replay events and try to figure out if there was a better way to handle a situation I'd encountered.
Of course, there's also the possibility that my bed is the culprit. I think it's pretty comfortable, but some nights I just can't get turned right or something. Those nights I don't think even an eco green mattress would help, although it might make me feel better about my choice for bedding.
Ah well. Maybe someday I'll get regular sleep and be brighter when I wake up...or maybe not.
